Story of the building

Aionion Residences by K&K is a newly renovated building in Thission that opened its doors to guests in March of 2024.

There are 13 apartments and a spacious roof garden on the fourth floor, with stunning view to the Acropolis.

The inspiration of the architect, Shiraz Nader, was the beautiful and vibrant 70’s, taking the trends from that era and giving them a contemporary twist.

Warm wood and marble dominate in the building, tied with original mosaics and unique decorative elements.

The earthy colors prevail: white, grey and teal. But the color of olive is the absolute protagonist.

The apartments are designed for a luxurious and comfortable accommodation, a home away from home that you will want to return to, as is our company’s vision.

Let's talk about our neighborhood:

The building lies in Vassilis street. Vassili was a nymph of the earth in Greek mythology whowas worshipped in Ilissos river. Twelve apartments received their names from mythical nymphs, except for the Apollo Luxury Residence. The Greek god of light had fallen in love with the nymph Daphne and we named the two interjoined rooms after them.

The area is a perfect blend of two worlds.

One side is a quiet authentic neighborhood with traditional little stores that will make you feel you live like a local.

The other side is steps away from the famous Apostolou Pavlou pedestrian street, the most beautiful street to walk in the whole city.

It is said that all the history of Athens lies at the sides of this road, which takes you to the Acropolis in just a 10 minute walk.
